Welcome to this channel where I explore the meeting point between consciousness, neuroscience, and ancient spiritual wisdom. After my own spiritual awakening, healing journey and a decade of living in an intentional community where I’ve witnessed relational, cultural, and collective dynamics daily, I've learned that most human behaviour are simply conditionings in the nervous system — learned ways of thinking, reacting, and navigating the world. Both modern science and mystic traditions point to the same idea: when we become aware of these patterns, we gain the possibility to step beyond them. This becomes an act of radical emergence — revealing who we truly are beneath the masks.
