Free MMA brings the local community together by encouraging a healthy lifestyle, self-discipline and safe haven to people from all socioeconomic backgrounds, as well as a place for kids to come after school to keep them off the street. People of all ages and incomes (children, adults and seniors) can take advantage of the classes offered. Creating a stronger and safer community! We offer our students a sense of self worth, contentment and self discipline in a healthy way that would otherwise be denied to them due to the inability to pay a monthly dues. Jarred founded Free MMA Gyms with his Mother Ms Michelle Fiorda (Formerly of Animal Samaritans) to give financially insecure households the same opportunities that she struggled so hard to provide for him after the death of his father when Jarred was just 5 years old. Jarred “Bear” Fiorda, a 2nd degree black belt in Taekwondo, a mixed martial artist, instructor of Taekwondo, jujitsu, hapkido and a competitive MMA cage fighter.
